Learning Disability

The Specialist Learning Disability Service works with adults who have a Learning Disability. The team is responsible carrying out the full range of functions under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. This includes assessment to establish needs, care and support planning, undertaking reviews, providing a duty function, safeguarding, reablement assessment, complex care, mental capacity assessment and best interest decision making.
