Team 5

Team 5 covers a range of specialist roles including rehabilitation assessment, Integrated Care Network care management, Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (CDoL), Continuing Healthcare and the Finance Care Management Assistant role. The Team Leader of this team will also take on operational co-ordination of the support of ASYE, Trainee Social Work Scheme and student social workers.
